  • Netherlands & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unexpected delays.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer shipping fee on most orders.

  • In some cases, the shipping is free.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Tech Loom is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.

  • TechLoom is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

  • We will investigate the issue and work with our shipping partners to find a solution.
